Project Scheduler / Associate on Project team to design and build industrial facilities (stone facilities ) at M S International Inc. M S International, with over 1600 employees at 23 locations, is the largest wholesaler distributor of all type of natural stone (Marble, Granite, Porcelain etc.) in America and Canada since 1975.

Major Responsibilities:

·               Preparation of Project scope, cost, schedule and resources to construct industrial facilities / distribution centers and offices.

·               Meet with various stakeholders (including Architects, engineers, contractors etc.) to incorporate detailed requirements in initial planning phase.

·               Prepare the scope of work for subcontractors.

·               Review subcontractor scope of work and coordinate with them for the timely delivery of items.

·               Update the Master Project schedule if change in scope is approved and communicate to the stakeholders.

·               Monitor and Control Scope, Cost and Schedule of project during Execution phase.

·               Measure the performance of project using Earned Value Analysis.

·               Communicate with Field Foreman to write and track RFI’s both internally and externally with Architect or other designers.

·               Update management about progress and risks in weekly meetings

Worked as Planning Coordinator for “Trans Middle East Contracting “which provides construction and maintenance services mainly to Oil & Gas sector across Gulf region.

Responsibilities:

·               Preparation and finalization of scope of work for planned Turnarounds.

·               Preparation of detailed integrated Level IV Plan using Primavera P6.

·               Estimate manpower, spares/material in consultation with Execution Staff.

·               Responsible to analyze schedule status, physical progress, man-hours consumption, 
productivity, network logic, work sequence and develop mitigation plans.

·               Preparation of bar charts, planning "S" curves, and other planning 
management tools.

·               Submit report to the Client management and in-house management against planned activities.

·               Preparation of Lessons learnt and Observation for future work.

Worked as Mechanical Design Engineer in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consulting firm to calculate the load calculation, Title -24, Equipment selection, Duct layout for proposed facilities including K 12 and Commercial buildings using TRACE 700, CAD and Energy Pro.

DESCON Engineering Ltd        Abu Dhabi, UAE             December 2004 to September 2006

Planning Coordinator/ Scheduler in Plant Construction and Maintenance Department in Descon Engineering Ltd, Descon Engineering Ltd, an EPC company with over 30,000 employees in various countries,  which provides maintenance and construction services to Oil & Gas sector.
